Záruka a životnost

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS
Amendments to the Civil Code require sellers to provide a warranty. This is now referred to as “quality upon acceptance” and, for consumer goods, it lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase. During this period, you have the right to make a claim.

THE PRODUCT’S LIFESPAN MAY BE SHORTER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD!
Due to their nature, some products may not, or simply cannot, last for the full two years of use. A product’s lifespan is the period during which it retains its original properties; this period gradually decreases as a result of wear and tear. Improper use can accelerate this process. This is also a common reason why claims are rejected. Likewise, a claim cannot be accepted if the defect was caused by unprofessional interference or results from normal wear and tear.

For example, a floorball stick is used at the limit of its full load-bearing capacity throughout its lifespan. Intensive use leads to wear and tear, which shortens the product’s lifespan. A shorter lifespan therefore cannot be considered a defect and cannot be claimed under warranty.

Similarly, a claim cannot be accepted for a broken floorball stick that was damaged by excessive mechanical stress — for example, by being struck by another floorball stick — unless the breakage was caused by a material defect or a manufacturing error.
