Processing of Personal Data
You hereby give your consent to EXE SPORT s.r.o., with its registered office at V Břízách 808, Mladá, 289 24 Milovice, Company ID No.: 00199860, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 214329 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the

Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”):

Address
E-mail address
Telephone number

Your first name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address must be processed for the purposes necessary to issue a tax document, deliver goods to your address, enable the carrier to contact you regarding delivery of the shipment, and automatically deliver the tax document electronically. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years.

You give your explicit consent to the processing described above. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or letter to the company’s contact details: sales@fzfreez.com, or in writing to the company’s registered office address specified in Section 1.

Personal data are processed by the Controller; however, they may also be processed on behalf of the Controller by other processors:

a. Software providers, website operators, and external logistics and warehousing companies.

Please note that, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

withdraw your consent at any time;
request information about which of your personal data we process;
request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data;
request access to such data and have it updated or corrected;
request the erasure of such personal data;
contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
We have a statutory period of 30 days to process your request. Your request will be reviewed within this period and you will be informed of the outcome.

We measure your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers programme, in which our e-shop participates. We send these questionnaires each time you make a purchase from us, unless you refuse to receive them within the meaning of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.
We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires under the Verified by Customers programme on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists of assessing your satisfaction with purchases from us. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback and analysing our market position, we use the services of a processor, namely the operator of the Heureka.cz portal. For these purposes, we may provide them with information about the goods purchased and your e-mail address.

Your personal data are not disclosed to any third party for their own purposes when e-mail questionnaires are sent. You may object to receiving e-mail questionnaires under the Verified by Customers programme at any time by refusing further questionnaires via the link included in the questionnaire e-mail. If you object, we will no longer send you questionnaires.
